Tom Baker, Democratic, is certified for justice of the 15th Court of Appeals, Place 2. The Ethics Commission form says Thomas J. Baker, with office held as a justice of the 3rd Court of Appeals, Place 5, and office sought as justice of the 15th Court of Appeals, Place 2. The office-held line is what the filer wrote. The Third Court of Appeals' January 2021 internal operating procedures name Thomas J. Baker as a justice. Those procedures do not use the certified name Tom Baker. The court's current justices page does not list him.
